Reservations & Bookings
Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation email including your reservation details, total cost, and applicable terms.
Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation and check in. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all booking information is accurate and complete. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information.
Rates & Payment
All rates are quoted in Euros and include applicable taxes unless noted. Published rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

A deposit or full prepayment may be required depending on the rate. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorization may be required at check-in and released within 7-14 business days after checkout.

Some promotional rates may have different cancellation terms, stated at booking. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. In cases of force majeure, we will work with guests to find reasonable solutions.
Guest Conduct & House Rules
Guests are expected to respect other guests, maintain reasonable noise levels, comply with all house rules, and treat the property with care.
Non-Smoking Suites
Smoking permitted on verandas only. A deep cleaning fee of €200 applies for violations.
No Pets
Pets are not permitted unless specifically arranged in advance.
Max Occupancy
Each suite has a maximum limit as stated in your booking.
No Events
Parties and gatherings require express written permission.
Property Facilities
Rooftop Infinity Pool
Open daily 08:00 – 20:00. For registered guests only.
WiFi & Internet
Complimentary high-speed WiFi provided. We are not responsible for service interruptions or device security.
Parking
On-site parking available subject to availability. We are not liable for damage to or theft from vehicles.
Liability & Disclaimers
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their belongings. We recommend using the in-suite safe for valuables.
Damages: Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the payment method on file.
Personal Injury: We are not liable for injuries sustained on the premises except where caused by our proven negligence.
Service Interruptions: We are not liable for temporary interruptions to services caused by circumstances beyond our control.
General Provisions
Privacy: Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR.
Photography: By staying at our property, you consent to the possibility of being photographed in public areas for marketing purposes. Please inform staff if you prefer not to be included.
Third-Party Services: We may arrange external services (tours, transfers, reservations) as a convenience but are not responsible for their quality or safety.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund if house rules are violated, disruptive behavior occurs, or false information was provided.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cypriot courts.
Changes: We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
